intimidating to assemble

Product is good but a real job for this inexperienced person to put together. Took me 10 days. I just could not finish assembling the final bit, the kickstand part. Despite that, we are using the treadmill and are enjoying it

Love the treadmill, hate that I have to pay to use features in Ifit

Treadmill is great. So disappointed that we cannot use all of the functions as it requires an I-fit subscription. We just paid a lot for the treadmill, why do we have to pay again to use the iFit.. so limited and disappointed for a very expensive machine.

Quiet and longer treadmill

The treadmill is easy to set up with 2 persons, follow up with the menu and the YouTube demo. It is quiet, and longer than our old one. The only feature we don’t like is the placement of the big panel with small screen. We usually like to put iPad on the display area. We can’t see iPad and display screen at the same time. It is really the poor design on the big panel. It is quite heavy machine, we decided just keep it.

Q: Amperage, below you recommend a 20 amp system, does that mean its not recommended on a standard 15 amp breaker? The ony 20 amp breaker i have is on my kitchen counter.

- A: I called Nordic track customer line with this specific question , the woman who answered the phone said she worked for the company (not an answering service) said "all Nordic Track treadmills require a dedicated 20 amp breaker due to the electronics and motors". She even went on to say an electrician can update or install a 20 amp system. i explained to her this solution is not reasonable and she just lost the sale of two units. someone needs to get their facts staight. Now I see a written answer says a 15 amp is sufficient.a year agoHelpful?
Q: I understand Parts and labour are warranted for one (1) year from the date of purchase on this Nordic Track treadmill. In Sarnia, Ontario, how would I get a repairman to come to my house to fix it if I needed service under the warranty?
