Great workout

We got this on clearance for $1000 with taxes. For this price it is terrific. It works your leg muscles harder because you are doing all 3 at the same time trying to guide your leg muscles to either do stairs, elliptical, or ski motion. This machine is huge. I am 5'8" and would not be able to go on this in my basement as you step up on to it almost 2 ft off the ground. Also it is super heavy as it mostly comes in one piece. Need 2 strong people for sure to move it into the house. My husband and teen son moved it and it was heavy for them. I have not been exercising for years and my leg muscles start to burn in 40 seconds. I have not tried the tablet holder yet. The screen it comes with for time & distance is bright and clear.

Great variety for a workout

I love how this machine allows you to do multiple forms of workouts with one machine. Switching from elliptical to stepper is a great way to switch up the training. I do find it a little awkward to try to use it as a runner, but this thing is great for cardio. My only issue is that the screen intermittently shuts off or flashes random lines. But with the Bluetooth capability, I'm able to connect it to a tablet and use that instead.

Horrible Customer Service in NordicTrack

If there are any issues with delivery or the machine, it is not possible to get any service except the 1st line guys who cannot help because they don't have any options to do it. When the 1st line transfers the call/chat to the 2nd level of support , it means that the call/chat won't be answered ever. The requests from the site never been answered
No, I do not recommend this product.

Very nice elliptical trainer

Very nice machine. I really like that you can do more than one ridged movement. You can basically similate walking, jogging, running or stepping. It has a very nice and easy to use console and you can add your own tablet and connect with ifit (with a subscription of course). The assembly was very easy to follow step by step. The majority of the machine is already assembled for you. Which like for me can make it a little difficult depending on where you are putting this in your house. You will need at least 2 people to carry this machine to where you want it to be setup. But, after that it is rather easy to just follow the instructions and finish the assembly. The price point i got it for on boxing week, made it a good bang for the dollar as well. So far, no real complaints with the Nordic Track.

A: It's really rather tall and then when you're on it you raised up higher so I would say 6.5 - 7 feet. It's a large machine.
