Terrible purchase.

I can't give a zero or I would. We bought the machine, assembled it and the incline did not work. There is no warranty and no technician who can fix this machine for us. So the literature that says there is a one year warranty is 100% false.

Disappointing and Extremely Frustrating

I purchased this treadmill in January and paid for installation. It was a huge hassle and in the end once installed, the technician let us know that the treadmill was defective. We had to get someone to come back and un-install the whole treadmill then had to go to canadian tire to get a refund. Waste of time and money. It was also a nightmare trying to find anyone to speak to at Nordic Track.
No, I do not recommend this product.

No program description in instruction guide

I bought this last year and could only install it now. Easy install, heavy but much lighter than my older treadmill, an AGF which I absolutely LOVED. You need to buy a subscription to have more options. It says there’s 30 on board programs” but there seems to be zero description on each of the program, so how to choose? It doesnt make sense. The board isnt very user friendly. I like the fan. If you’d ask me if i’d want to keep this one or somehow get another AFG, id say i’d trade for my older one. This one, to make function is a stress I could have avoided if pnly there were instructions of how the programs actually works, which is a very basic thing to think about for a treadmill in 2022.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Comes with iFit!

It says it doesn’t come with iFit, but it does - a 12-month membership! It can be used manually too though. 12 levels of incline. Quiet. Long, wide tread. Just as nice as the ones I use at the gym! Assembly was very straightforward. Had to go back out for a surge suppressor which I didn’t realize until I opened the instructions but happy I did to keep it protected. Unit was VERY heavy to bring inside (over 200 lbs) but is relatively easy to move around if folded up (and light to lift up and down for folding because of the hydraulics). Really missing going to the gym during isolation but sooo happy I got this to use in the meantime! :)
Yes, I recommend this product.

Q: Where can I get a description of the “30 onboard workouts”? There is none of that in the user guide. We’d like to know what is actually selected instead of testing them one by one and every time it doesn’t correspond to our needs.

Q: How to set the timing of running? For example, I set the speed to 5 at a time and run for 20 minutes, but I can’t find a way to set the time

A: Bruce, the manual mode of our machines doesn’t include the ability to create your own workout, or to set a time limit on the machine. With our IFIT membership you have access to hundreds of interactive exercise videos, along with the ability to create your own workout. Creating your own workout includes the ability to set the time, speed and intensity of your workout. The frame and drive motor are warranted for the lifetime of the original purchaser (customer). Parts are warranted for three (3) years from the date of purchase. Labor is warranted for one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser (customer) and is not transferrable

Q: What is the difference between this model and the C950i that sells for much more? The specs seem to be the same.
