Satisfactory light fixture

It was a bit difficult to install, but most electrical fixtures seem that way. It works fine though & provides enough light for a largish bathroom, although there is another fixture in the room. My only real issue was the cost, but I didn’t find anything cheaper comparable item elsewhere.

Q: Can all three light fixtures rotate 360° or at least 270° - say one at 12'oclock, the second at 3 or 9'clock and the third at 6?
