TALL, full tree is easy to assemble.

Bought this 2 years ago and it still works as well as first day. Easy assembly but will need a ladder to set up the tallest sections. The tree looks lush and full. It has enough lights but more would have been preferred. Poles connect easily and have caps to protect the ends and light connectors from damage when packing away after season. Comes in 2 boxes.

Great Tree but could be better

First off, no complaints as I bought this tree on sale on Boxing Day for a third of retail. Only observation, I researched before hand and the complaints were the lights. Tree is solid, great piece, but the lights are the old style one bulb goes out and they all go out on a strand. With over 1500 bulbs it will be annoying chasing which bub to replace on a strand of 50 at a time. To counter this I also bought a tonne of bulbs on Boxing Day sales to replace when needed. Again, no complaint from me as I got a deal. But just to make potential buyers aware, Noma should be putting LED strands that when a bulb goes out the rest still work to make this tree awesome.....that's why only a 3 star from me.

first year ok, then horrible

Do not purchase this tree unless you are only planning on using it for one year maybe two years. The bulbs are very cheap and problematic. the lights are in series so if one bulb is out the that string does not work. amazingly difficult and spent hours and hours fixing lights. by year 4 I spent two hours cutting all the lights off so I could restring with proper LED lights that dont fail as often and are much less power consumption. The first year was great had no problems. Second year about 5 bulbs replaced, not too bad. Third year spent a couple of hours tracking down bulbs. 4th year after two hours and no progress on the lights I cut them all off! do not buy.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: How many pieces to assemble Just curious as to how this tree is assembled, does it have multiple pieces or does it stay in one piece

A: It comes in 5 large sections that snap together very well. The base is already assembled. You just need to tighten the screws when you insert the first section of the tree. Each section is very heavy. The box says "assembles in 1 minute". It's more like 30 minutes once you open the two boxes and unwrap the 5 sections.

A: If a strand of lights does not work: a. Check that all bulbs are tightly fitted inside the sockets and that no bulbs are broken or missing. Replace any broken or missing bulbs with replacement bulbs provided. If all bulbs are firmly in the sockets, slightly twist the bulbs from side to side to ensure proper connection. b. If the lights still do not work, carefully remove each bulb one by one from the problem light string. Pull the bulb AND plastic base straight out of the socket. Do not twist bulbs while removing from sockets. Check the two wires at the bottom of the bulb holder. Each wire should be aligned properly on the bulb holder to ensure a proper connection in the lamp socket. If one wire is missing or too short, please replace bulb with a replacement bulb (provided).

Q: Where can you buy replacement bulbs. The tree I purchased did NOT come with replacement bulbs as was noted on the packaging. They were missing from the box......the reason is that you cannot buy them anywhere. 2.5v bulbs do not light - they only glow feebly.
