Over the years we have owned many different trees. This one is definitely one of my favorites. Really easy to put up. Full and realistic looking. Perfect amount of lights for the height. A great purchase!

Beautiful Tree!

We are so absolutely happy with this tree. It was very easy to set up and, like the previous reviewer stated, the cords are colour coded so plugging it in was simple. We had the whole tree set up and branches "fluffed" within 30 minutes. The finished product is gorgeous. Very happy with this purchase.

Best Tree Ever!

I am so happy with this tree. After getting rid of our old tree that we had for over a decade - we didn't think we could replace it with anything better. This tree proved us wrong! We are so happy with it! The lights are the right amount, the tree looks real and it was worth the price! It was easy to set up and it looks beautiful!!!

Great tree!

Not sure about the previous review, but I am more than happy with this tree! The cords in the tree are color coded, and there are 3 total I believe? So not hard to plug in at all. Set up was a breeze. 4 sections total. Fluffing up the tree was the most time consuming part of set up, and probably the most important. All in all a great tree, and on sale! Win-win!

9 foot Noma Tree

Just set this tree up. It was not that easy to do - there are cords and plugs that don't seem to fit into each other. Tree is not at all like the picture in that after hours of twisting and "fluffing" the branches which were pressed flat in the box it still looks a bit sparse and uneven here and there. No amount of additional fluffing will change that as there are simply not enough branches. This picture is not of the tree we got in our box, so don't spend a lot of time looking at it to decide if you want this tree!

No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: product 151-1114-4 How to fix short in this tree, replaced 2 bulbs, next day 2 whole areas shorted out, used 2.5v bulbs. Replaced 30 bulbs, then they shorted out again

A: This tree carries a one year exchange warranty against manufacturing defects. To return it for warranty exchange, bring it to any Canadian Tire store within the warranty period, with your receipt. Should a replacement tree not be available a refund card will be offered. Warranty exchanges without the original receipt will be offered at the Canadian Tire store’s discretion.

Q: If one of the lights goes out on the tree, do they all go out??

A: No. The light sets are designed to remain lit even when a bulb burns out. However, we recommend replacing missing or burned out bulbs as soon as possible. Failure to do so will shorten the lifespan of the light set.
