The NOMA Outdoor Solar-Powered Wall Light, 4-pk, provides renewable outdoor lighting with solar-powered functionality. Each solar wall light features a plastic housing with a polycrystalline solar panel to absorb sunlight during the day. Fully charged, these solar exterior wall lights offer 10 lumens of output and up to 8 hours of runtime. Very poor quality control

So far, I have tried four boxes of these lights and each one has had a defect of some sort. The last box was actually one that I had already returned to Canadian Tire and they went ahead and placed it right back on the shelf.

Works well but Quality Control is Lacking

First box I bought was missing instructions and mounting screws. In the second box everything was on the box but on 2 of the 4 lights there were no screws holding on the back plate. Since the back plate is what gets screwed to the wall this meant the light itself wasn’t being held on.

No, I do not recommend this product.

There were no screws or documentation in the box. I don’t need the documentation and judging by other reviews I was better off with my own screws. That said, it’s never confidence inspiring when things are missing from a box but it’s what I’ve come to expect from CT lately. The lights cast a nice light on my deck stairs but only time will tell how they hold up.
