The NOMA 24-Hour Outdoor Block Heater Timer features two grounded outlets housed in weatherproof casing for use with block heaters. Its digital timer is easy to program with just two buttons. While designed primarily for block heaters, this handy timer can also be paired with a range of outdoor devices to reduce their energy consumption. Poor quality makes it difficult to program

The buttons used to program this device are very flaky. While programming, I had to press a button multiple times to get the desired response from the timer. However, once I did get the timer programmed, it worked well to control our exterior Christmas lights.
