The NOMA 24-Hour Outdoor Block Heater Timer features two grounded outlets housed in weatherproof casing for use with block heaters. Its digital timer is easy to program with just two buttons. Programmed the timer following the instructions to the letter, yet got no power at the output outlets. If I press the Program button, the output outlets get power, but that overrides the timer.

No, I do not recommend this product.
