Poor quality makes it difficult to program

The buttons used to program this device are very flaky. While programming, I had to press a button multiple times to get the desired response from the timer. However, once I did get the timer programmed, it worked well to control our exterior Christmas lights.

Bought three of these. One worked ok. One would not set on/off times. One would not set time nor on/off times. So only 1 out of three worked. Poor quality control.
