Great but misnamed

Note that this is not a "rope" light. It is more flat than rope shaped so it is more of a strip light. However, very pleased with it. Great brightness and great red colour when lit.

Not actually the length advertised

These lights are advertised as 24’ 7” but that includes a three foot cord. The actual light strip is only about 21 feet. Very misleading. These lights are also not very bright. Would not purchase again

Nice lights but only 17.98 feet long

Just be aware of the length. They call them 23', then the picture online shows a box that says 24' 7", but the actual length of the LED lights is just shy of 18'. Kind of false advertising. -1 star for that.

Q: Are these waterproof?

A: Yes they are quite waterproof, I have used those in my light display for many years and they still work fine.

Q: Can these ropes be used to write words? Can the rope overlap or touch each other?

A: Perhaps you could do cursive writing. Not sure if you could wrap the ‘rope’ with asbestos tape maybe in between words. We just wrapped ours around our deck railing.
