Didn't work

Bought this product, screwed all the bulbs in, plugged in and it didn't work. Tried multiple outlets. Now I have to exchange it.

Thank you for your feedback, Please try 2 things first.

1) Put a known working bulb from elsewhere along the string and put it in the socket that's not working to determine whether it's actually the bulb or the socket.

2) If it's determined to be the socket, unplug from the power supply completely. Then gently lift the socket tab slightly at the bottom of the socket so the bulb can make contact properly.

J'en si acheté deux boîtes, seulement trois globes allumaient au total, même après avoir visdé-revissé-changé le fusible. Rien à faire. J'ai changé pour une autre marque.

Merci pour votre commentaire. Veuillez essayer deux choses :

1) Installez une ampoule fonctionnelle provenant d'une autre guirlande dans la douille défectueuse afin de déterminer si le problème vient de l'ampoule ou de la douille.

2) Si le problème vient de la douille, débranchez complètement la guirlande. Soulevez ensuite délicatement la languette située à la base de la douille pour permettre à l'ampoule de faire contact.

Q: I purchased two strings, assembled and installed them. After the second day only the first 5 bulbs worked. I have switched cords, outlets and even the #6 bulb to confirm it isn’t like Xmas lights. I guess I shall return them.

Q: Any ideas how to hang this Noma outdoor string light set to my balcony PCV railing? Also, will outdoor command clips be strong enough to hold the lights?

  • A: Honestly ,I would use Zipties to be safe . Command strips work for a certain weight. With the string the weight is dispersed over a larger area , not sure if they would hold against weight, weather and such .

Q: In the instruction manual, p.5, it says that a spare fuse is provided. I didn't find any fuse in the box. When I opened the access cover on top of the attachment plug, there is no fuse. Do we need a fuse to use the this string? Thank you!
