it's okay

Its a decent tree the first year. It's our 3rd year with it and many lights are out throughout the tree mostly in the lower part of the tree. I had to string two sets of lights on it to make it look decent. Now I spent an hour fluffing the tree. I can see holes right through to the other side and I could last year. I wish I had of purchased the tree I wanted from Canadian Tire because now I'm gonna end up buying another one. I looked last night and unfortunately my local Canadian Tire doesn't have any PE only trees in this year. The tree is up this year and I'm hoping to get one for next year on sale at another Canadian Tire location.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Lights don’t last long

I bought this 2 years ago. Was perfectly and carefully stored in the box. The lights are very cheap and broke after only 2 years

Lights not working

I’ve had this tree for three years now. Last year centre strand was not working. Checked all the bulbs. Several were replaced strand still would not light up. This year top strand and lower strands stopped working. Fuse is good. Replaced 6 burnt out bulbs on top strand. One bulb kept burning out. None of the lights are working now. Very labour intensive checking each light for continuity. Resorted to wrapping tree with strands of mini lights for lighting.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Decent choice - would recommend

Excellent fake tree for the price. Only down side was that it shed a surprising amount of fake needles BUT it was a great price and the quality was pretty good.

A: Answer: Most cities/towns have a recycling centre where you can drop off your plastic, glass, scrap metal, paper, or old artificial Christmas trees. Please check with your local municipality for more information on christmas tree disposal in your region.

Q: My tree is only 2 years old, I the whole top of the tree is burnt out and many of the lights are. I couldn’t find replacements in store and having a hard time finding them online. Can you provide me with a link or product number for the lights? Thank you

A: The tree separates into three sections. If one light burns out, the section it is in will burn out. See the "Additional Product Information" section to obtain a copy of the user's manual. There are further instructions on how to replace bulbs and fuses.
