Q: What is the lowest temperature setting? Will it go as low as 12 degrees Celsius
3 years agoA: Yes it will, the lowest setting is 3c. With the cold weather my area is experiencing I have been running near 24 hours a day, it’s keeps my little trailer cozy at a 18c setting. I highly recommend this little unit.

Q: We bought this heater. It heats to the set temperature and then shuts off. It doesn't automatically turn on again to maintain the temperature. We have to keep manually turning it on. Should we return it or are we doing something wrong?
3 years agoA: This heater has many safety features to protect the heater from improper use. In this particular case the heater is shutting off due to the one hour set time in the timer function. The timer is set to 1 hour as a safety precaution in case the heater is left running unattended. It will automatically turn off after 1 hour. It is important to read the operating instructions: controls and settings. On page 7 in the manual. Step 6 requires interaction with the timer. It requires the user to tap the timer button to activate the timer to power off. Once you shut the timer off (00) the heater will continuously run according to the heater setting until the user turns the heater off. You can also adjust the timer to run at different hourly intervals.
