We absolutely love this tree! It’s nice & full & perfectly flocked. We ordered 3 other trees online through different companies & sent them all back due to not being as advertised. This tree was exactly as pictured. I’d love to purchase another one.

Beautiful... until it stopped working

I bought this tree last Christmas and I absolutely love how it looks. This year the lights started to flicker (when on the steady light setting) and now it just stopped working completely. No issues with the wires or connections. So disappointed that this happened on Christmas Eve. I feel a product at this price point should last more than 1 Christmas season...

Q: Can you just leave the white lights on? Do you have to pick out just white or coloured or is it all in one and you can choose white or coloured lights? I'm not sure if I have to search on the box for it.to say warm white lights

A: This tree has dual color LED lights. There are many different functions including fading and flashing. You can also set the lights to warm white steady, or you can set the lights to multi-color steady.

A: The LED bulbs are non-replaceable. LED should last much longer than incandescent.

Q: I've had the tree up for a few weeks now and the lights have worked perfectly. Today I had the lights on for an hour and all of a sudden it stopped. I switched the outlet and made sure the connectors were secured correct but the lights won't come on now.

A: The vendor confirmed that one bulb burns, the entire tree stays lit. In this case, this is not an issue about the bulb. They assume this is a connection issue on the wire cable and the adaptor or between the tree section. We have reached out to follow up with you.
