Don’t get it!

We bought this 3 years ago. After the first year the music stopped working. Now we are on the second year and none of the lights work. You also need a hub to work it- extra money. The warranty is only a year. Pretty trees just not worth the money.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Are they built to last?

I bought this for the Christmas season 2022. I’ve happily used them without the hub. When I set them up this year they just flash on and off and when I push any button on the box it just goes red. I don’t know what is wrong with them and am feeling like it wasn’t a good investment. I’m hoping when I reach out to Noma customer service it will be a good experience.

Had these trees for two years. Theyre amazing They play music (if you want the music you cant change the colors). each individual light is programmable. we LOVE these trees! Lasted through wind, rain, hail, and freezing temps. We never unplug ours until its time to put away.

Q: We installed it 80 feet from the house (no hub). We can't get it to not blink when turning it on from a timer. How can we do that?

  • A: I'm not sure if you've resolved this yet but I had the same issue and was about to return it until I was fiddling with it and figured it out. Hold down the bottom right button "music mode/lightshow" for 5-8 seconds and the blinking stops. It also allows you to function through a few (not all) colours which suited me fine. I hope no one shows up to take it away, because I feel like I'm cheating by not buying the hub. The music and light shows were just of no interest to me so now it's just what I wanted.

Q: Each time I turn on the trees, it reverts back to blinking lights. I do not have a hub but if I push the buttons, I can usually get it working. Is there a way to have it stay on the music/lightshow without having to reset every time it turns on?

Q: Will this product work through the Philips Hue? We have several bulbs and plugs running through that but they are all hue products

  • A: No, there is a stand-alone NOMA app to control the lights and carols. You will also need to purchase the Wifi bridge.   Without the app and bridge, it will cycle through different lighting themes and effects without music.

Q: I have a music problem, the tree is synchronized and controllable from the hub, however I cannot get any music to play. Have reset the device and reinstalled. I have no music either by use of the app or the controls on the tree
