They're just batteries. I keep getting these email reminders to rate them, so here we go. They come in a standard package, and they power random devices. You can buy them anywhere, and they do the same thing. All batteries were in the pack, and the cashier accepted my payment with no issues. I didn't throw them in any fires, and no explosions resulted. Very safe if you follow the instructions. Not recommended to charge in a microwave.
