This is garbage and only designed to last 2 years. Then the won’t even try to diagnose the problem. Stay away from NOMA. Do your research

We’re on our third unit, and the current one is exhibiting the same old problem: not extracting water. Two humidistats confirm RH at 60%. Unit is set for 40%. It starts/stops as if it IS working, but there’s never any water in the tank(?)

Noma 50 pint dehumidifier is a nice unit

I only rated it at 4 stars due to I just started using it. It replaced my Delonge which served me well for over 10 years! Unfortunately they don't make dehumidifier anymore. So far my new Noma is working well and I have no complaints.
