Love the design and the angles for plugging additional devices, dont like the fact that it utilizes only one plug from receptacle as this might put strain on the one outlet but as long as your not plugging in toaster or kettle or other high draw you should be fine. Would love if you could turn light on or off besides just auto looks very distinctive.

A: Yes and no. The Noma plug block will work just fine in a split outlet. However the plug block physically covers both outlets on the duplex receptacle but electrically it is only using one half of the receptacle so on a split plug you’d be wasting the second half of the receptacle and the potential benefit of splitting the plug into two separate circuits.
