Good product for making coffe but

Works very well for making coffee and all sorts of drinks. Awesome frothing system very easy to clean. However after 3 months it's now dripping coffee for like 4 minutes after it finishes a drink. The removable part you sit filter in never leaked unless pressed down and the bottom spring part engaged, but it now leaks all the time. This is super dissapointing as I can't make coffee and run out the door without some cleanup.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Beaucoup de grain dans le café, je ne.sais pas si c'est un problème que tout le monde a , mais vraiment decevant, j'utilise mon ancienne keurig, je suis tanné de boire des grains

We’be had this coffee

We’be had this coffee maker for a year now, and love it! We use it every single day! I love that it has a frother on the side, and you can use it to froth your creamer or make a super nice cappuccino. It has a function to keep the coffee warm/hot all day long. The only thing I kind of not a fan of is that the carafe is really hard to clean unless it’s in the dishwasher. The opening is super narrow, and you can barely put your hand in it to clean the bottom.

A: This machine does not use pods. You will use your favorite ground coffee when brewing.

Q: is this BPA free???? if Yes provide a supporting document from NINJA, a link or a pdf. I Called ninja 3 times they were only conforming verbally, nothing to support that, Not like Braun, Braun sent me a link to support that their coffee maker is bpa free

Q: My 3yrs old Ninja coffee maker does not have an auto-shutoff timer. We sometimes forget to turn it off and it can stay on for hours until we notice. Does this new model have an auto-shutoff timer?

A: We would like to inform you that the warming plate will turn on when you brew a full or half carafe on the classic or rich brew setting. The warming plate will automatically turn off after 2 hours. With this being said, the entire unit will not automatically power off.
