Backyard upgrade I didn't know I needed

I went in expecting a good grill and got a whole outdoor kitchen. One system covers grilling, smoking, roasting, griddling, and pizza, and the results are great across the board. The best part is how easy it is. It lights every time, preheats to 600°F in about 7 minutes, and the convection airflow cooks food evenly, so there are no hot spots or burnt edges. Cleanup is simple too, since the design keeps debris from clogging the burners. It's sturdy and weather-resistant, and it looks sharp in stainless steel. Between the roomy cooking surface and the flexibility, it's been the star of every get-together since I set it up. If you're on the fence, go for it. One purchase replaces several, and the food is better for it.

Finally, one outdoor cooker that does it all

It heats up fast, reaching 600°F in about 7 minutes. The CyclonicHeat-iQ system keeps the temperature even, and the raised gas ports keep the flames lighting reliably, with no clogging from drips. The 544 sq. in. cooking surface is plenty for a family cookout. The build feels solid and weather-ready, and the stainless finish looks great on the patio. Pizza night is now my favorite thing to do with it (the pizza accessories are sold separately, but worth it). If you want one product that handles weeknight burgers and weekend smoked brisket, this is it. Highly recommend!

Thoughtful, Consistent, and Easy to Use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Packaging was well thought out. It actually made it easy to start assembling. Most other packaging is just to be efficient, but this seemed efficient and intentional. All hardware was labeled extremely explicitly, I was able to assemble all in one try! Assembly tolerances were also tight but with enough movement not to make any bolt too frustrating. I definitely needed a second person to install the actual grill on the base, but otherwise I could do all myself. The grill itself is large and can handle two or three racks of baby back ribs. My first smoke session was 2 racks and a 6 pack of chicken thighs. All came out with great flavor, utilizing the pellets given as samples in the box. When grilling chicken, the fan helps keep everything brown and crispy, and frankly I have never been able to achieve such great color on grilled chicken as I have with this grill. As for the cons - my biggest heartache is with the fan. The grill needs to be plugged in to use and the fan is constantly running. When I am just looking to grill up some burgers, it seems a little excessive. I can light the grill, then unplug the cord, but the manual says dont do that. Probably they dont want me to burn up the electronics, thus the fan needs to be constantly running. Second Con - The smoke flavor was REALLY clean. Thus is the case will all non-wood burning smokers. I have come to expect a little sootiness from my smoked meats, and that underlying bitter flavor isnt present. For those who would rather not ingest the carcinogens, this is probably a Pro! Overall, I would recommend this for a friend who is looking for a combo and ease of use. I have two very young children and sitting next to a smoker all Saturday with a beer is no longer in my future. This gives me high flexability to go and live my life while the brisket smokes. I can also dial in the temp for grilling and roasting. I plan to use this for Thanksgiving turkey with a dual smoke/roast. Should be good. That all said, I am just a man with a grill.

Amazing grill

Just received this and used for the first time Friday night , cooked steak and potatoes to start off with , the amount of space was enough for me to do it all at once and being able to adjust temperatures , the charing on steaks was great , potatoes melted , meal was great and can’t wait to see what’s next
