Bad quality keeps breaking

It’s really bad quality this is my second set and the bowl cracked from the bottom same things happened exactly for the first set and it was under warranty so I called for replacement and they said that the bowl is not covered by the warranty so I had to buy it from them but after another year same thing happened again. It’s really bad quality . First it started to leak from the bottom brown colour and now it’s not working completely now.Don’t waste your money

No, I do not recommend this product.

I Love My Ninja, Except For…

I’m on my 3rd Ninja food processor, and I love Ninja products, with one exception. Everything has held up on all 3, except for the food processor bowl. In all fairness, I use my kitchen and appliances way more than the average consumer (I believe), but the food processor bowl is a brittle plastic. The first bowl cracked on the sides, which I assumed was my fault from use and how I used it. The second bowl broke where the gear screws into the bowl. Being they never break before or after use, I was left with running to the store and buying an entirely new system to finish grinding graham crackers for my cheesecake crust. I would give more stars if I could go buy a new bowl locally, but I just never have the time to wait for something like that to be shipped to me, even next day. That being said, I’ll continue using the Ninja brand I’ve grown to love for years, but I now have two backup bowls to replace the next one that I’m sure will fail.

I picked up this Ninja Food Processor and boy was I amazed. Now I'm making the best smoothies ever. I love the triple blade system and then I used the other unit to chop up some apples and I was impressed. I'm glad I bought this. I would recommend this unit to anyone. It's amazing !
