I bought this a couple of weeks ago and so far it is pretty good. I gave 4 stars because I did have trouble once where the machine did not recognize the drip attachment so I could not make a pot of coffee, but only use pods. I’m not sure if it was simply installed incorrectly, but since then I’ve had no issues. I like the fact that I can use both pods and carafe. The carafe is a nice design and pours well. So far, so good.

Exactly what I wanted. Fits well in the space, I like that the water reservoir is on the side for easy fill, the switch from cup to carafe is easy. Looking forward to trying the cold brew option

This coffee maker is absolutely amazing if you are up against the fence on whether you want ground coffee or K-Cups. this is the coffee maker for you. not only does it offer 2 brewing methods it also has installed a frother and you can get hot water even boiling water from a different reservoir. it is extremely easy to operate and the modern up-to-date look is flawless.

Got this as a gift last christmas and it is horrible to brew coffee with grounds . I can make half a pot or a full pot and it fills everything with grounds everytime i make coffee with it.
