If only they shipped their products....

Wasn't able to try product. This has been twice that i order something and never gets delivered. The first time, I recieved an email after x amount of weeks stating the product is sold out...and this time, I called the store to find out they can't find the product and hadn't been shipped of course. ....and that was almost 3 weeks after. Canadian Tire - has always been an issue regarding stock of items or just bad shipping. Big area to improve for the ops mgr to tackle. Will i order again? Perhaps..but will feel better going to a store in person and hope to find it on the shelf vs hoping it'll arrive from online.
