A: Google cloud services records automatically on sound or motion and works on pc or smart phones, I believe it’s around $80/year for unlimited amount of cameras

A: The camera itself can rotate a full 360° in the stand, and if you have a Nest Cam (not a Dropcam), the stand can also rotate 360° around. That way, if you need to mount your camera at an angle, you can twist the camera and the stand to straighten the image.

Q: What are the physical connections to set up the indoor init . IE: electrical connection , USB to router , or WIFI or blue tooth .

A: The Nest Cam Indoor is plugged into a power outlet using a Micro USB cable at the Nest Cam itself, and connects to your home network through Wi-Fi. Q: Do you have to buy the subscription to Nest Cloud with this camera? Anyone knows how much that is per months, or if it increases after the first year for example? Thank you.

A: If you'd like to have video history for your Nest Cam, you would need a Nest Aware subscription. Our subscriptions start at $5 a month for the first Nest Aware subscription and $3 a month for additional subscriptions added to the same location within the account.
