Great coffee...pretty good machine.

We like the machine, mostly because it makes great coffee and day to day operation is very convenient. This is our second machine. Second because they are a bit short lived. I knew this going in after talking to friends so it was expected. Just part of the cost of a good cup of coffee. The first machine developed problems after about a year and a half of ownership. It was cheaper to buy a new one than have the first machine repaired. For what it's worth the machine is well cared for and only makes about 3 mugs a day. I put the machines through a clean cycle weekly and descale when directed. The only real frustration is the BlueTooth and WiFi. Very poor implementation. Frequent "can't connect" messages. Fairly frequent re-boots required. Machine sometimes forgets its WiFi login credentials. Workarounds are possible, but the issues seem to come up when cleaning, descaling or changing settings. (FWIW my iPhone shows good WiFi strength at the coffee maker location.)
