Neighbors Mess Covered

Neighbors keep all their junk behind their shed. Made our yard look messy. This did the trick. A little pricey but not one branch fell off in installation. Looks much better!

I bought 3 of this product for privacy purposes and branches started falling down after a while. Poor quality. I tried to contact this company enquire about their warranty. However, received no reply. Do not recommend it

Privacy expandable trellis stinky but functional

Installed on my deck railing to provide privacy. I am scent sensitive and this must be sprayed with some chemicals perhaps to make it UV resistant? It has been out for a month and appears to have retained its color however I can’t sit near it. I intend to store it in the shed for winter as I’m sure the harsh temperatures wind and snow will damage the wooden trellis. I like how much it collapses and expands to different sizes and heights. It is very adaptable to space.

A: No it cannot bend around corners. However it does expand and has quite a lot of flexibility. I am happy with it.

Q: Could this be attached to a wood fence with nails or screws instead of zip ties?

A: Good day You can put nail or screws in your wooden fence or wall and then hung the trellis on it, but we do not recommend screwing or nailing throught the product.

Q: Could this be used as a "stand alone" hedge on a back deck?

A: You would have to fasten the ends somehow. If you are looking for privacy though, this will not do the trick. Once you stretch it out to it’s full length, you can see right through the whole thing.

Q: We only need 20” height. So would the panel then expand to 160” long?

A: Hard to say without trying it. I've stretched mine a bit to get to 60"long, which makes it 45" high. There's definitely room to stretch it more but I can't try it without cutting all the zip ties that's holding it to the balcony rail. I love it though - it gives me privacy and looks great.

Q: What is the minimum length of this trellis before the 80" expansion?

A: There is no expansion. It comes in a roll and when you roll it out is 40 inches tall and 80 inches wide, or 80 inches tall and 40 inches wide… Depending on which way you look at it.

A: No, it doesn’t need to be removed during winter months. As long as it is well secured, the Trellis will winter very well. It also has a UV coating on the leaves to give it protection from the sun and fading. It will become brittle when frozen, but if it’s not banged or broken, it should winter very well. Some people do take it down, but I prefer to leave it up. It looks good in the winter with the snow on it, especially during the holidays. Enjoy your Naturae Décor Trellis

Q: What is the type of the leaf? If you check the malefactor's website they have different types (Gardenia, Laurel, Ivy, etc.). I'd like to know which one is that one

A: The leaf on the Expanding Trellis sold at Canadian Tire is the Laurel Leaf.
