Pilot works only when the moon is blue

Works every now and then. When it’s cold enough to use it it never works. Utter garbage. Taking a hammer to it tomorrow so nobody picks off the curb and wastes their time. I will never buy anything from Napolean again.
I did retrofit a different connector to it as the small canisters only work for about 90 minutes. They also get so cold when in operation that it freezes the mechanics of the heater and you have to let it thaw out. Who designed this produce?

Stopped working

Bought this for my parents as a gift. They used it only a few times before it stopped working. Can’t get the pilot light to work. As I started researching to find a solution I saw a lot of negative reviews. Wish I would have read them before. Buyer beware. Don’t buy this

Garbage!

Unless you want something that only lasts a few months, then s**ts the bed, don't waste your money. Pilot light doesn't stay on once you release the knob anymore. When it DID work, you'd pretty much have to have it sitting on your lap for you to feel any heat!

Poor Design

I find the small propane bottles very hard to change. You can only turn the bottle about 1/8th of the way before skinning your knuckles and bruising the back of your hand. I only get about 2 hours of running time out of the bottles because I believe I lose too much propane when screwing the bottle in - takes me about 15 minutes with the heater upside down - and I have very small hands. I do find it keeps the area around my patio table warm enough on those cooler nights.
No, I do not recommend this product.
