Great fireplace.

We are very happy with the purchase of our fireplace. The 3 layer feature makes it look more like a real fireplace without having the heat of a real fire.

Excellent Fireplace

The fireplace is large, filling the room and customizable to meet a variety of needs. The 3 levels of flames and multiple colours allow for a real flame feel. The ability to wire to a 120 or 240v allows for up to 10,000 BTU, suitable for large rooms. The wifi capabilities seem to be an issue when connecting with the Napoleon Home app, as it continues to disconnect despite a connection suitable for streaming videos on other devices.

I bought this fireplace because it looks the most realistic, I plan to install myself, and I have 4 young kids so I don’t want to worry about them burning themselves. I am very pleased with it! I love all the options!
