Bought this to use on our sailboat & very happy with it. Sadly, the snarky clerk at Customer Service made this an unpleasant piece of the transaction. I ordered online and following the directions in the email to collect at Customer Service, the clerk basically rolled her eyes at me and rudely said I had to go somewhere else to pick it up. She stated she didn't know why the system puts those instructions that way. Why not just let me know where to go in the instructions that accompany the order? On my way out to go to the collection spot, she also sarcastically & loudly shouted to me "thank you!" To which I simply replied, "you're welcome"
