I purchased this item as a Christmas gift, after it was opened we tried to get it set up and it wouldn't. So we exchanged it and had the same problem with the second one.

Had to return them both , neither would connect to my cell phone. They both come with AT& T SIM cards that’s sapose I connect but nothing would work !I called the company and It’s a know issue and they will send you more if you want them .
