No returns, no refunds, my unit is defective.

WARNING - NO RETURNS!! - You buy it, if it's opened, you're stuck with it! - With that said, this product does output some nice heat. However, mine is emitting a chemical odor when powered on. I thought it was because it was brand new. But it never went away, even after 30 hours of use. It's nauseating, and makes the product unusable. Did I mention NO REFUNDS? No help, no returns, no refunds. If you receive a defective product, you're stuck with it! Won't be chance purchasing another one of these Buddy Heaters! Buy at your own risk!

Q: Can this heater be used indoors

A: To be used indoors requires a catalytic burner to convert the carbon monoxide into Co2 This Buddy has a basic ceramic burner, thus they do produce CO and this can build up when used indoors. This is why it is not rated for indoor use.

A: I used it in a tent and would make sure there's some vents open. The units auto shut off oxygen monitor works and wouldn't restart until we opened a vent and got some fresh air their. You should check out my review on this product!

A: yes i used it many times during this camping season…. and its awesome nothing to complain about it but if i where u buy the connector/converter adoptor to connect it to a big propane tank instead of using small propane or u gonna end up every 2 hrs replacing the cylinder of it

A: There's a warning on the back of the unit never to use it an enclosed space such as a camper. I believe some of the bigger (more expensive) units have CO detectors and can be used in ice huts etc.

Q: How long would a 1lb propane canister would last for this heater? Like how many hours or minutes?

A: It depends on how high you have it turned up. I get around 2 1/2 hours out of a bottle in my ice fishing shelter. I purchased a 5 lb cylinder and hose so I can fish all day without switching bottle. It’s also much more cost effective to buy propane for a bigger cylinder.
