Easy, easy, easy to use! I bought this steering wheel lock before a long road trip up to Northern Ontario and back. I know my 2016 Corolla Sport is probably not on the list of cars to steal these days, but it's in pristine condition, has low mileage, and is 6-speed on the floor. I felt that putting this lock on the steering wheel helped me to feel safer when staying in hotels and in visitor parking lots in areas I didn't know. My leather sport steering wheel is small, and the double hooks were easier to arrange on the wheel that I thought it would be. I had to turn my wheel into a different position once or twice so the rod didn't hit the gear shifter, but it really was easy to use for peace of mind.

Pas compatible avec le RAV4 LE 2026

J’étais content de mon achat, la barre semble solide et la clé sécuritaire. Mais venu le moment d’installer la barre…. Elle n’est pas compatible avec le volant du RAV4 2026 malgré qu’il est de la taille indiquée sur l’emballage. La raison est que les trous du volant ne permettent pas de rentrer les deux crochets, ils sont trop larges pour ça, mais sont trop peu espacées si on veut englober les jonction du volant. Cela fait que j’ai maintenant une barre à double crochets, mais je ne peux en utiliser que ma moitié, donc l’équivalent d’une barre à simple crochet. Malheureusement je ne peux retourner la barre car Canadian tire n’accepte pas les retours si le produit est ouvert, mais il était impossible de l’essayer sans l’ouvrir. Assez déçu de mon achat.

Does not fit well all steering wheels

Very easy to install and sturdy. However, the two hooks are too large to enter in the bottom side of my steering wheel (rav4 2026). Only one hook fits in on this side, which I think is fine security wise, but a bit annoying.
