Useless batteries - 9 rechargeables

We purchased this light and were thrilled until 3 weeks later when the batteries stopped recharging. We exchanged it and it happened again!
9 rechargeable batteries will cost you upwards of $50.
There is a 1 year exchange warranty. Keep your receipt.

Just Amazingly Simple!!

I needed a new flashlight to go camping with a couple of buds and because we don't camp with electricity, I needed something that would be bright enough to be a lamp and critter spotter when walking at night. All I can say is this 3 piece work light was amazing. When one of us needed to take off, there was still light left at the table. The magnets on the bottom were awesome when you can stick a light to the poles on the inside of the tent. What was hilarious was the flashing setting when all three lights are together....while we all played guitar, people just walked into the light so to speak.

I'm not one to write reviews normally, but I am so impressed with the features of this light that I felt I should so that others may be as thrilled with this purchase as I am. The lights work individually or as three, which is great for camping when one needs to find the privy at night without leaving others in the dark. Excellent as a tripod light with directional heads. Great product for our purposes.

Q: is there an order for the pivotal head beam to go into the charging base when I put the head beams into the charging base it does not charge any of the three seperate flashlights. Just wondering if there is a certain sequence that you have to follow.

A: There is no order to charge the head beams. You can put parts of them or all three into the charging base. if they are charging, the charging indicators will show red. When fully charged, the indicators will turn green. We would suggest for you to try both AC and DC chargers, if neither of them works, the item may be defective. You can take the defective item back to the store and replace with a new one as long as it is within warranty period.
