    Great Product

My snowblower was running rough. The engine was starting to stall when in use. I bought the Motor Master small engine tune -up Poured some in the snowblower gas tank as per instructions. Ran the snowblower and after a few minutes the engine was running and sounding top notch. Great product.

    Starts stubborn engines.

Sometimes I don’t store my small engines properly at the end of the season. But before tearing the carburetor down I put a bit of this in the fuel tank. Wait a couple of minutes and pull the cord. This stuff performs miracles starting engines up and letting them run long enough for the fresh gas to clean out the varnish plugging the jets. I always keep a bottle around.

Recently purchased this product and used it once. So far so good. Hopefully, it will help my snowblower run smoother. A little early to tell how good it works.

Q: Is this ALSO a fuel stabilizer? The description of the product doesn't mention it but the instructions refer to it as a stabilizer. Also, is this intended for use all the time or only after storage?

    1 Answer
    • A: The gentleman at Canadian Tire told me he uses it at the beginning of the season and you put it in the gas tank and then put in the gas. I also use it before I store the equipment. Like the spring I put it in the tank and then run it dry for storage so that there is no gas in the tank and the Carb It is not a gas stabilizer

Q: Was at CT store yesterday. What is newer version of this product? The green liquid (illustrated online), or the one in Motomaster red & black packaging? Green packaging has no date; the red-black version indicated: Oct 2019. Liquid was grey (not green).

    • A: Thank you for reaching out. The new version of this product is the red & black packaging and the formula has not changed from the old to new label.

Q: How long is the additive good for (before adding it)? A bottle after a couple of years went totally cloudy / milky. Now a year old one is separating in the container. Both times they were opened but closed tightly. I am afraid to agitate it in case it goes milky. CAN THIS PRODUCT BE USED LIKE THIS?

    1 Answer
    • A: The vendor has advised that they have not had any issues with this product in the field. Perhaps in this particular instance, the product may have been subject to improper storage. Although the product is probably fine to use, they would advise you to dispose and buy a new bottle.
