Terrible customer service from the auto service and store management.

Extremely unhappy about the lawlessness of the store manager and service auto manager. I booked an appointment on line for a tire rotation and synthetic oil change. I asked how much these cost together taxes included. Once the service was completed the auto service manager (male) removed the online discount and refused to let me pay or give me my keys back. I then spoke to the female store manager and she tried to defend the auto service manager and his overcharged invoice. She and him completely ignored the Federal Consumer Protection Laws that required they provide me the lower amount as Canadian Tire had quoted before the service was done. The lawlessness of these unfair practices must be a warning.
