Nice trailer but had some issues right from the start. Safety chain was improperly attached, one fender was bent, and wiring harness was not long enough to reach the car without buying an extension. Salesperson at store couldn't care less.

Quality product that requires 'some assembly'

I just 'picked up' this product from my local Canadian Tire store. I ordered it online for pickup. The product itself seems to be a quality item. Solid, with all the functionality noted in the listing. However I have to say that picking this up on your own can be a challenging DIY experience. The product is not 100% assembled when you come to pick it up. The lights, tire fenders, tongue, chain and ball receiver all need to be installed and the wiring harness plugged in. The only instructions are exploded pictures of all the parts and some wiring instructions. All the parts were there however it takes some time to figure out. Also you need to find a place to do this and have your own tools at the store if you are assuming that you will pull the trailer away with your vehicle. I was at the store for several hours. The staff at the North Van store were very helpful with dry space in the receiving area and a work light to help. If you are handy and mechanically inclined this is a good quality inexpensive option for a small utility trailer. If not then maybe think again or talk to the service staff about an assembly service.

A great utility trailer

I've had this trailer for a few weeks and have used it four times already. It is light to move around the yard. I added a wheeled jack to the front which really helps. It has LED tail lights as well. Only negative I've noticed is the license plate gets bent from tilting the trailer. I will probably relocate it to the tailgate area. I am happy with this purchase and being galvanized, it should last for a long time.
