Foaming Engine Degreaser

Used it to clean up my floor jack as well as the engine and frame on my rider. Sprayed it on and let it sit for 10/15 minutes and hosed them off. Worked great. Highly recommend

Disapointed with product

Spray was just a single narrow stream. I was expecting a wide blanket spray. The narrow stream caused coverage that was inconsistent and hard to spray. As for the product itself.... It was marginal at best. I followed the directions and gave it extra time, but it only partially did the job. Because of the spray problem I did not give it a second coat.

Poor Foaming and Weak Cleaning Power

I was disappointed with this Heavy-Duty Engine Cleaner. It does not foam as described—the foam and water come out separately, making it difficult to apply evenly. It barely covers the area, so more product is needed. Even after following the directions, it did not remove grease effectively and required a lot of extra scrubbing. For a product labeled “heavy-duty,” the performance was underwhelming. I would not purchase this again.

A: In most cases it is safe on paint however it is best to test on a small inconspicuous location. Different paint types, age, and condition of the paint could affect how it reacts.

Q: Hello good morning, Has anyone used this engine cleaner. I have a 2016 jeep Cherokee 3.2L. I was wondering if this product would be safe for electrical,oxygen sensors etc. I would appreciate any feedback. Thanks Jer!

A: Thank you for the inquiry. The Foamy Engine Cleaner is designed as a degreaser for cleaning engine surfaces. We do not recommend that it be used on sensitive electronic devices and equipment such as oxygen sensors.
