    Works great. Had some difficulty getting every last drop of acid to drain when filling. Follow instructions, take your time.

    I had the first battery died after one season, for a replacement. And that one died after one season as well. Kept on a tender in house (warm) for the off season. Complete junk, look elsewhere.

    Q: If this battery is an AGM battery why does it come with liquid to add before charge & use?

    • A: AGM batteries use fibre glass matting between the positive and negative plates. This matting fully absorbs and hold the electrolyte, keeping it in extremely close and consistent proximately to the internal plates. Once you fill the battery per the instructions provided, the acid will be absorbed into the matting – and you will have an AGM battery. The acid is supplied instead of installed at the factory to help ensure you get the freshest battery possible.
