Hinged magnet stand poorly designed.

These lights are bright, work well and hold a charge. I’ve been using them for metal work on my old car and have discovered a serious design flaw. The magnet is hinged from the light but sadly only goes one way and it’s the wrong way for the work I am doing. The hinge is set so the light cannot be attached to a flat metal surface and pointed at the surface. The hinge only goes 90 degrees and away from the surface. I cannot therefore recommend these lights. I wish I had noticed this before using them as I would have returned the lights.

Excellent, holds a charge for quite some time. first one stopped charging after two years of daily shop use. I wish the charging ports were USBC good value when you get them on sale for half price.

Assume lights long change but lasts its worth good magnet durability tested and passed use daily, camping, automotive work, only issue was short charge cable and broke after few charges

Q: Referring to the 037-0766-2 work light. Does it have any water-resistant properties being a work light? The manual does not say either way.

A: I have two of these and thought I'd rip one apart to check for any water-resistant properties. There is a small rubber gasket on the inside perimeter of the casing, and the top clear lens has a rubber gasket too. The USB charging port has a rubber cover, and the on/off button is also rubber. So I'd say yes there is some water-resistant properties, but I wouldn't say it's water-proof.
