Sensor Problems

Unfortunately, two of the three lights that I purchased have problems with the sensors not working properly. However, Lamps Plus is attempting to make good on the product so they would be rated "5 stars". Hoping we can come to an amiable solution -

Love this portch light. Very efficient . I have it on the dawn to dusk setting. It give low light until it detects motion, then it gets bright!

Q: what kind of lightbulb will work? hi, I also need to know what kind of lightbulb. I would like low lighting, like 25 or maybe 40 watt, so it does not disturb neighbours. The purpose is to provide just enough light to get a key in door that would be next to the light.
