I bought this bike about four months ago I am now on my second flat tire. My husband patched the first one, so the second one may be just a bad patch?? But it appears it is a major tire problem with this bike. It creeks a little bit, so my husband took it all apart down to the frame and greased it all. Something in the sprocket is off balance, so the chain is extremely loose when your right pedal is down and extremely tight when your left pedal is down so it’s a little off centre something in the sprocket is off balance, so the chain is extremely loose when your right pedal is down and extremely tight when your left pedal is down so it’s a little off centre. Overall for the price I think it is fine though. Good starter BMX bike. Aside of the tire issue.

Same flat tire problem

Yes I’ve had the same flat tire problem with this bike I change the tire and tube on one that seem to work then the other one had the same problem so I guess another tire and tube

Do not buy this bike

My 11 year old son was very proud to buy this bike. He bought it in April and has had 5 flat tires since! We even got it repaired because we thought we must be doing something wrong... nop!! A month later anoter flat! So very disappointed for his first “big” purchase on his own!

Bought this bike for my 10 year old son's Birthday. After his first ride several things went wrong. It's basically unrideable for him. We're returning it.

Q: Question for the people who got the flat tires - did you bring it back to store for replacement of the tire? Were the tires kept inflated to the specs prior to the flat? Has anyone tried bringing it to a bike shop to find the root cause?

For faster service, please have your bike’s model number and date code handy. These can be found on a black and silver sticker on the frame above the pedal area. It says Pacific Cycle at the top.
