Sore feet to best feet in one week

I have had bad heels for a few years now because I was wearing cheap shoes and boots , so I decider to Canadian tire and look for insoles, I found the gel soles and put them in my work boots at my construction site and after the first week my feet felt like they where back 5 years ago, no pain or discomfort, I remind those soles to anyone that’s suffering sore feet
