Cheap, hollow ring

I purchased this thinking, based on the price, the ring portion would be solid, or at least have a back. Instead, the ring itselt is thin and hollow, ie, only three sides. Amazingly cheap fabrication for the exorbitant price. I will be returning the ring, along with the other items (toilet roll holder and towel bar - which is very lightweight and has joints to the wall attachment that don't completely connect. Again, poor quality control

Looks great but gold wears off

Three issues:
1). Socket screw is not packaged properly. It is tiny and and it is often comes out of the bag and is lost.
2) Gold color wears off with minor scrapes.
3) Customer service phone response is 2-3 days.
For the price, quality and service shouls be better.

Love the Moen Voss collection, not the towel ring

We have added a new master bathroom and wanted the fixtures and accessories to match. The towel ring is not as functional as I was hoping for. I assumed that it would swing/swivel. It does not. It is very stationary. I hope that it doesn't break when someone tries to get it to move. I just had it installed so I haven't gotten to use it everyday yet.

Nice style and function except for one thing

I bought several of this item in both bronze and chrome for throughout a new home. The style is great and goes with the other Voss fixtures. The only thing that would make them 5 stars is if there were left and right handed versions so you could decide which way you wanted the opening of the ring to face.

Towel Ring-Disappointed

Have the Voss Collection of fixtures, and of course, wanted the towel ring. Very disappointed it felt cheap, hollow in the back. Not the quality I was looking for. Not going in my bathroom.
