Looks Great

Just remodeled our kitchen in July 2025 and the 8764BL looks great. The only problem is it runs and drips long after you shut it off. They replaced the cartridge and that did nothing so they replaced the whole faucet. A couple of days later it started as 3-4 drips after you shut it off now its back to what the old faucet was doing and its only been 5 days. Don't know the next step yet but this is not going to work. We have all Moen faucets in our house and have never had a problem so I'm hoping this is isolated to this model

Frustrated dealing with Moen

This faucet replaces another Moen faucet that worked perfectly well until a small aerator popped out, and the spray splashed everywhere! Called Moenand was told that my estimated wait time was 75 minutes…. After waiting an hour, my wait time was 85 minutes. So I left a call back number and have not yet been called. I. The meantime I ordered the Sleek. It’s a very attractive and functional faucet, but the plumber ran into problems because the hot and cold water leads were mislabeled. It’s expensive to have the plumber redo his work b/c of this error.

When the handle is facing up and in the open position the water should be hot and when the water is turned to the front and opened the water should be cold. If the supply lines are switched, then you can switch the connections underneath your sink.
