Hello, I purchased a Moen kitchen faucet to replace my previous Moen single handle pull-out faucet. It looked almost exactly like the old one, my wife thought it was exactly the same. The BIG difference is the new one I purchased does not have the shutoff button on the end of the handle that switches from stream to spray, the new one is only for spray or stream. disappointing
No, I do not recommend this product.

The pull-out spray wand included with the Moen 87039 Medina Pull-out Kitchen faucet has three options, stream mode, spray mode and Pause mode. There is not a separate button on the pull-out spray wand included with the Moen 87039 Medina Pull-out Kitchen faucet; you must press and hold the toggle button to activate the Pause mode. Moen product specialists are available for pre-purchase, installation, and warranty assistance. They can be reached at 1-800-289-6636 and are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 am – 7:00 pm Eastern Time.

Original purchase was defective. It took a good deal of time and effort to get the replacement parts from Moen. After needing 2visits from my plumber, it is working.

A: Yeah but I don’t recommend this one. It keeps coming loose in my kitchen. Too many plastic parts. Better pay a few bucks more and get a better one. I contacted the manufacturer but all they did was offer me a few dollars off a replacement

Q: In our area we have hard water, which gets between the face and the deck plate, effecting the swivel of the faucet. How can this faucet be taken apart to clean the calcium deposits?
