Excellent quality shower head. But your online pictures showed a shower head with a shower arm as well. Didn't mention arm was not included. I don't like false advertising.

Q: Can you move the shower head so that it is spraying straight down?

This is a fixed mount showerhead with a brass swivel ball assembly which allows you to adjust the showerhead however it doesn't go all the way straight down.
