love it when it's working

I love it when it's working, it seems to constantly get dropped from the internet. when its working,I love it. it's spotty about preforming correctly. you can tell it to turn on or off and it does, but say to give me 1 cup water and the light won't ever come on. It definitely has it's glitches

Had for 1 week, no longer connecting

Installed this faucet a week ago. Connected pretty easily. Now suddenly it stopped working, and nothing will get it reconnected. Oh yeah, the water either won't go on at all, or I can't turn it off! Awful!

FAUCET DOES NOT DELIVER

The Alexa smart feature stopped working within a month & faucet stopped dispensing hot water. After initial install everything worked as described and after about a month everything stopped working. The hot water stopped working & the Alexa feature stopped working. After months with no hot water I was able to have that repaired but still no Alexa feature. I have limited use of my hands & this was the main reason I purchased this faucet & it's been a huge disappointment.

limited smart options for voice activation

set up was easy enough. But the app could be easier to use. But so far the biggest problem is that you have two choices, alexa or google. there are no other options. I want to use an other option that isn't cloud based. Also not sure how the freeze protection works, but its either set or not. There is no setting the freeze temperature

It's Great When It Worked

We bought this faucet and a Google Assistant to manage it. On June 14, 2023 Google Assistant decided it wasn't going to host the faucet any longer. That aside, we had a heck of a time keeping this faucet connected to Wi-Fi. It can't keep a constant connection, so I decided to buy an Alexa. That didn't work either. So here we sit with a very expensive "smart" faucet that's pretty dumb. Very disappointed.
