Nice finish, used MOEN for years and like them.

I just installed a new shower head and have two small items that I think would help make things easier. First, The knurled/threaded connection nipple needs to have two lands on the sides to allow use of an adjustable wrench to install it. I would bet that the typical homeowner will use pliers to tighten the connection and mess up the finish. Second, include a small length of Teflon tape to seal the threads, Might save a person a trip to the hardware store to get a roll. I've used MOEN products for years with success.

Diverter swivels and is not tight after installation. Also leaking where the diverter connects to shower arm

Do not recommend

Cheaply made and the fixture turns once connected. The weight of the handheld wand causes the connector to swivel and not stay in place. Very disappointing for a moen product

Cannot Secure Piece that is connected to the pipe.

As others have mentioned, once installed, the main piece rotates. There is not a way to make it more secure. It is a design flaw the main piece should not be seperate for the nut that screws onto the pipe. I bought this with confidence in the moen brand, but this is not useable.

Unstable .. will be returning

I have quite a few Moen products in my house, so i bought the 218COSRN. Like others have posted this shower head is completely unstable. It tilts to the side the minute the hand held is added so is not gong to work for me.
