Worst faucet EVER!!

I purchased this faucet 2 years ago. Since then I have gone through countless D batteries! This faucet is inly smart for about a week once you change out the 6 D batteries it requires for the light and motion sensor to work. Then the light stops working and you have to change the batteries again. Worst purchase ever! I was so excited about this faucet when i did my kitchen remidel and it sucks. Do not waste your money!!!

Your Moen 7565EVBLS Align Smart Pull-down Kitchen Faucet requires 6 non-rechargeable, alkaline D batteries. Using rechargeable batteries can cause the faucet to quickly drain them. Moen Smart Water product specialists would be happy to work with you to troubleshoot the issue and to find a satisfactory warranty resolution. They can be reached at 1-800-289-6636, select option #8 and they are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 am – 7:00 pm Eastern Time.

Frustrated

Installed in 2022 and already had to replace component with the eye. Now, moen site does not recognize me either to reset my password or create a new account. So, I registered it using my wife’s email and of course I can’t proceed now, I get this email even though I’m not recognized!!!

Would love it if I could get it to pair with Alexa

Tried pairing with Alexa and it won’t pair. Going to have to call which is something I really don’t have time for.

Good finish but faulty powerboost

Faucet works looks nice and works well except that the powerboost function is stuck on. On the bright side, it's very powerful.

Needs better quality!

The smart features are great, the build quality of the faucet isn't. The neck is wobbly. They claim this is for wire relief, but the wire isn't larger than the extension hose running through the neck so that makes no sense. Definitely won't last, the wobbling will get worse. Also, there's no real "low" on this faucet. When turned on by motion it comes on full force, even turning the handle to the lowest position gives you medium not really low. They should also make the presets work with Google, currently they are manually activated from the app.
No, I do not recommend this product.

We recommend connecting your Smart Faucet to the Moen Smart Water app to receive the latest feature updates. The Flow Control feature in the Settings section of the Moen Smart Water app allows you to adjust the flow rate when using the sensor. To turn on a preset with Google voice, you can use the command "Ok Google, fill the (preset name) from (faucet name)."
