Lacking Items

I bought two to match the existing one in our newly built home. The instructions in the box (both boxes) mentioned a "template" to use when drilling the holes. A template didn't exist. The instructions also mentioned using "the wood screws", should you be mounting into wood and not just drywall. What "wood screws"? Incomplete materials not a good thing.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Elegant but useless as a towel hook

I purchased several Align hooks for a bath remodel. Every one of them cannot hold a towel without very deliberate placement of the towel,, and even at that it is a chance occurence. Yes, it is a rob hook, but only if it has a rob loop, or if your towel have loops, which few do, then don't expect it to stay either.

No, I do not recommend this product.
